“ZAMANI” in Hausa means Modern/Current which is what AYAT’s debut EP is, Modern contemporary African music with a global appeal. The ever evolving musician incorporates his Ghanaian roots with his foreign influences to deliver a stellar EP, Laced with 10 track, The project delves into his upbringing, his short comings, fears, love, rage, youthful angst, and aspirations. Production on the project was handled mostly by KaySo with 7 tracks, and the other 3 tracks produced by Kuvie, Nxwrth, Magnom and Manny Made, with 2 features by Sarkodie on DODO and Ria Boss on Changes.
